Prescription Refills By Telephone Or Internet   You may now access the Columbus VA Pharmacy 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  You can request refills to be mailed to you -OR-You can check the status of your prescription.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO REMEMBER:

• All refills requested on this system will be mailed out (no window pickups).
• If you have moved, call the VA and UPDATE your ADDRESS BEFORE requesting your refills over the phone or internet.
• Your push button phone MUST BE set to “TONE” not “PULSE”.
• DO NOT MAIL in REFILL SLIPS for prescriptions you have requested using this system.
• Allow 24 hours (one business day) before checking the status of your prescription.

TO ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE: 

YOU WILL NEED:

• Your 9 digit Social Security Number
• Your prescription Number
• A touch-tone phone

Using a touch-tone telephone dial:

 1-614-257-5711 (Prescription Refill Number)
         or
1-888-615-9448 ext 5711 (Toll Free)

 THEN YOU MUST:

1. Press keys for each digit in your full social security number
2. Press the # (pound sign)
3. Press 2
4. Press 1 for refills OR press 2 for prescription status
5. Press the keys for each digit in your prescription number (no letters, numbers only)
6. Press the # (pound sign)
7. IMPORTANT – wait for recorded message
8. For more than 1 prescription number, repeat steps 4 through 7, or hang up if you are finished.
